Features
- Equipped with connected type unwind base and auto tension controller. (separated unwind base is also available upon request.
- Driven by 3 connective A.C motors, 1 for web wound out control, 2 for rewind linear speed control which has calculating function and adjustable by ultra-sonic detector with signal feedback.
- Differential rewind shaft with independent lay-on roller to reach super clear finished rolls.
- Trim waste will be collected both sides by traverse type winding unit.
- Tabbing device applied paper mark automatically when the preset tabbing distance is reached; auto turret system enables shafts to change automatically after preset length is obtained.
- Central system is controlled by PLC unit with LCD touch panel, which is user friendly for all data setting.
