Features
- Equipped with connected shaftless type unwind base, in which the design shortens the web flow to reduce material loss.
- Equipped with auto web guide, auto unwind tension controller system and splice table.
- Driven by connective 3 A.C motors; the rewind tension system is able to convert and controlled by either the tension on the air shaft or the linear speed on the differential shaft.
- Center type winding; as rewind O.D rolls bigger a rewind arm will move along automatically, this is to keep the shortest distance between main shaft and finished rolls for flawless rewinding.
- Finished rolls unloaded by a connected swing out type unloading rack for ease of unloading.
- Trim unit is a traverse type rewinder, which collects waste materials much efficiently.
- Slitting by shear cutter and razor blade, which are interchangeable for various material converting.
- Central system is controlled by PLC unit with LCD touch panel, which is user friendly for all data setting.
