Features

- Laminating 3 layers at a time, 2 layers at the back and 1 layer in the front. It has one rewinder for release paper and all rewind materials can be adjusted individually for left/right move adjustment.
- Unwind tension is controlled by magnetic powder brake, which is adjustable to apply different materials.
- The distance and the lamination pressure are adjustable to apply on different materials.
- Slitting by shear cutter, which is designed for various material cutting.
- Dual shafts center-surface type winding makes tight and stable rewinding on finished rolls.
- Rewind tension is controlled by magnetic powder clutch with auto tension controller.
