Features
- Equipped with separated shaft type unwind base, auto web guide, splice table and auto unwind tension controller.
- Driven by connective 3 A.C motors, which able to control tension on air shaft and linear speed on differential shaft.
- Rewind type is as center winding, working with differential shaft to make the same tension on each finished roll to overcome uneven web thickness.
- Rewind 600mm model is a connected unloading rack, and for the rewind 800mm is a separated type unloading rack.
- Equipped with shear cutter, which is suitable for slitting various materials. Trim unit is a suction blower design power by A.C. motor control, which collects waste materials more efficiently.
- All functions operate under LCD touch panel control, which is user friendly for all data setting.
- Central system is controlled by PLC unit and all the electrical devices are conform to the latest European CE regulation for safety operation.
