Features
- Unwind base for rewind 400mm model is a connected type; for rewind 600mm model is a separated type.
- Unwind tension is controlled by powder brake with auto tension controller.
- riven by 3 connective A.C motors. The rewind tension system can be converted and controlled by either the air shaft or the differential shaft.
- Rewind shaft tension is controlled by differential core sleeve, each core slipping is adjusted automatically to achieve optimal tension on each finished roll.
- Rewind type is a center winding, as the rewind O.D. rolls bigger the pressure roller will move along automatically for flawless rewinding.
- Finished rolls are unloaded by a connected swing out type unloading rack for ease of core unloading.
- Slitting by shear cutter and razor blade, which is interchangeable for various material converting. Material trimming is a traverse type winding unit, which collects waste materials efficiently.
- Central system is controlled by PLC unit with LCD touch panel, which is user friendly for all data setting.
