Features
- Equipped with separated unwind base and auto tension controller.
- Equipped with noise reduction hood for attenuating the production sound as well as a jumbo roll pick-up lifter for quick and safe jumbo roll loading.
- Driven by connective 3 A.C motors, 1 for web wound out control, 2 for rewind linear speed control which has auto calculating function and adjustable by ultra-sonic detector signal feedback.
- Auto tabbing device applied the paper mark when the preset distance is reached; the shafts auto exchange after the preset length is reached.
- Finished rolls unloaded by independent electrical hoist to achieve high production efficiency.
- Central system is controlled by PLC unit with LCD touch panel, which is user friendly for all data setting.
- Finished rolls unload and paper cores reload are completed at one time by a core loader to obtain optimum production efficiency.
