Features
- Equipped with separated shaft type unwind base, auto web guide controller and auto unwind tension controller.
- This model is designed to keep the shortest distance between the slitting device and the rewind section for narrow width slitting and flawless rewinding.
- Driven by connective 3 A.C motors, one for web feeding, two for rewind tension control in which the torque increased automatically as the rewind O.D grows in diameter.
- Center-surface type winding, this winding process has ability to remove excessive air and smooth out finished rolls. The balance of the rewind shaft arm is controlled by an auto air pressure system.
- Central system is controlled by PLC unit with LCD touch panel, which is user friendly for all data setting.
- Slitting by shear cutter, air score knife and razor blade, which are interchangeable for various material cutting.
